If suffering from dermatitis and psoriasis, CBD lotion can be applied to relieve those with skin conditions. Since lotions are applied directly to the skin, they do not directly enter the bloodstream as a tincture product would. However, CBD is absorbed through the skin and reacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system. Cannabidiol has shown to have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory benefits.

Hemp lotion and CBD lotion are often used interchangeably, however, hemp lotion is often times a lotion that includes oil extracted directly from hemp seeds rather than CBD extracted from the hemp plant.
